Creator Collaborations
Partner with Wildfire as a Creator
Wildfire welcomes thoughtful creator collaborations with Australian storytellers, reviewers, journalists and publishers who can talk about intimacy, connection and self-care with warmth, honesty and respect.
If you have a clear idea for introducing Wildfire to your audience, tell us what you would like to create and why it feels like the right fit.
First, choose the right way to work with us
Creator collaborations, affiliate partnerships and wholesale accounts serve different purposes. Choosing the right pathway helps us respond to your enquiry properly.

For registered retailers and approved businesses that want to purchase Wildfire products for resale through their own sales channels.
Apply for a Wholesale AccountWhat could a Wildfire collaboration look like?
There is no single collaboration formula. The right arrangement depends on your audience, your idea and what Wildfire is working on at the time.
Editorial consideration
A sample may be supplied to a journalist, editor, reviewer, podcaster or publisher considering Wildfire for genuine editorial coverage. A sample never requires positive coverage.
Creator-led content
Social posts, reels, videos, articles or other content made for your own audience. Depending on the opportunity, this may be gifted or commissioned under an agreed brief.
Content for Wildfire
Original photography, video or user-generated content created for Wildfire channels. Deliverables, payment and usage rights are agreed before work begins.
Campaign and ongoing opportunities
A successful first collaboration may lead to launch content, seasonal campaigns or a longer creative relationship when there is a strong mutual fit.
You do not need the biggest audience. You do need the right fit.
We do not assess applications on follower numbers alone. We are more interested in whether your work feels credible, your audience is relevant and your idea respects the way Wildfire communicates about intimacy and self-care.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an active channel, publication, portfolio or body of work we can review.
- Your audience or readership has a meaningful connection to Australia.
- Your content is thoughtful, inclusive and respectful.
- You are comfortable discussing intimate products without exaggerated, misleading or medical claims.
- You can explain what you want to create and why it would be useful to your audience.
The strongest applications start with a clear idea
You do not need to send us a formal campaign deck. A concise proposal that answers the following questions is far more useful than a general request for products.
Tell us:
- Who your audience is and where they are mainly located.
- What you would like to create and where it would appear.
- Which Wildfire product or part of the range is relevant to your idea.
- Why the topic would matter to your audience.
- Your proposed timing, including any editorial deadline.
- Whether you are proposing gifted, paid or editorial-only coverage.
- Links to one or two relevant examples of your previous work.
Before applying, you may find it helpful to explore the Wildfire story and our current product range.

We review the fit
We consider relevance, content quality, timing and current opportunities. We may keep strong applications in mind when a suitable project is not immediately available.
We agree on the details
Before anything is sent or created, we confirm the product, deliverables, timing, payment if applicable, approval process and content usage rights.
Create honestly and disclose clearly
Your work should reflect your genuine experience. Any gifted, paid or affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed in line with Australian advertising requirements.
Good to know: Applying does not guarantee products, paid work, a feature or an ongoing relationship. Any collaboration will be confirmed directly with you before it begins.
Pitch your idea to Wildfire
Tell us enough to understand your audience and what you would like to create. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We will request a delivery address only if a product-based collaboration is approved.
We review every submission individually. Because opportunities change throughout the year, we may contact you immediately or keep your details for a future project that suits your work.
Questions before you apply?
Is this the Wildfire Brand Ambassador Program?
No. Wildfire now considers creator and media collaborations individually rather than accepting people into a general ambassador program. If you want to promote Wildfire through tracked links and earn commission, please visit the Affiliate Program.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
We do not make decisions on follower numbers alone. Audience relevance, content quality, engagement, credibility and the strength of your idea are all important.
Will I automatically receive free products?
No. Selected collaborations may include an editorial sample or gifted product, but applying does not guarantee that anything will be supplied. What we offer depends on the proposal, product availability and the agreed collaboration.
Are Wildfire creator collaborations paid?
Some projects may have a content budget, while others may involve product gifting or independent editorial consideration. Tell us clearly if your proposal requires payment. We will agree on any fee before work begins.
Do you expect a positive review if you supply a product?
No. Reviews and editorial opinions should reflect the creator’s genuine experience. If specific promotional content is commissioned or agreed in exchange for product, the arrangement and disclosure requirements will be made clear before the collaboration begins.
Can I be a creator collaborator and a Wildfire affiliate?
Yes, but they are separate arrangements and require separate approval. Creator collaborations relate to specific content or editorial opportunities. Affiliates use tracked links and earn commission on qualifying sales.
When will I hear from Wildfire?
We review applications individually and respond when we see a suitable current or upcoming opportunity. If you are a journalist working to a deadline, include the publication and deadline clearly in your proposal.
Want to earn commission instead?
If your main goal is to share Wildfire with your audience through trackable links, the Affiliate Program is the better pathway.
