Unfortunatley this product burnt my partner, you guys did offer to send out the cooling gel but unfortunatley we still had the same reault. I dont have any issues with either of these products but my partner does :(

With all-natural products, some variance can occur in the strength of concentration within the natural oils. However, it is unusual for this to be the sole cause of the issue. The intensity of the product can be quickly reduced by applying any of our pleasure oils should they be readily available, or by applying coconut, olive, or any other natural oil from the pantry. If used over time, the intensity will get less, as the skin becomes less sensitive to the oils. However, we do understand if you do not feel comfortable proceeding. Too hot to handle. Felt like chilli paste where it shouldn't be. Subsides reasonably quickly but there is a slight panic while waiting for that to happen.
